• Your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to offer superior quality products, shipped in a timely matter, for an outstanding value. All of our items are brand new, unopened, and in the original packaging. All items are authentic with original manufacturer tags.
• We completely understand that it is difficult to tell how these items will look and feel to you or the person you are purchasing them for. This is true of any on-line or catalog purchase. We highly recommend that our first time customers purchase items in small quantities to ensure they approve of the fit, look and feel of our products.
• Due to the nature of our products, there are absolutely NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, and NO REFUNDS. Every state has very specific public health laws restricting the return or resale of any clothing that has "intimate" contact. This includes lingerie, underwear, swimwear, athletic wear, and hosiery. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the extremely rare event of a manufacturing defect being missed in the inspection process, we will authorize replacement of a defective item. The item in question must be returned to us (at customer expense) for evaluation. If our inspection of the item reveals a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement in the exact same size, color, and style via 1ST CLASS US MAIL.
• We strongly encourage all customers review the frequently asked questions link (FAQ). We have found that customers who contact us with their questions prior to ordering are typically more satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions not covered in our FAQ link.
• We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. If you prefer, you can also utilize PayPal On-line Payment Services. For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.
• ATTENTION PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: HOT LEGS USA only ships to PAYPAL *CONFIRMED* addresses. If your address has not been confirmed by PAYPAL, please pay by sending us a cashiers check or money order. Thank you.
• Your privacy is taken very seriously at HOT LEGS USA. Any information our customers share with us is kept in total confidence. We never share customer information with anyone.
• All items are discreetly shipped in US PRIORITY MAIL packaging. US Shipping is sent via Priority US-MAIL with Delivery Confirmation & Insured Mail for quick delivery and added peace of mind. All shipping rates are straight from the US Post Office. There are no bogus handling fees included.
• International Customers: We ship via Global Priority Mail. Our International customers should contact us for actual shipping fees.
